60 minute interactive workshop in which you will learn:
- why trust is so important to organizations, teams, and you
- how you decide whether to trust other colleagues
- how to talk about trust
- actions you can take to improve your trust with others
Step 2
15 minute web-based survey focused on leadership team trust:
- 74 statements to rate your levels of agreements
- 2 open ended questions to collect your insights
- statements relating to all aspects of the team and leadership
- behaviorally based statements relevant to your experience
Step 3
90 minute conversation based on the results of the survey:
- focused 5 page report – all data and key findings highlighted
- exploration of the stories behind the results
- facilitated discussion to explore opportunities for action
- agreement to the priorities
Step 4
60 minute conversation for action:
- identify the changes needed by the team and by individuals
- agree to new team practices to support the changes
- agree communication outside the team
- agree metrics and review points to check on progress
