About the Program

Learn how to work successfully together with your team colleagues in order to get the best out of each other and make the most of your team’s DNA.

Why is this program so important?
In order for teams to succeed they need to learn how to bring together diverse expertise, experience and ways of working, in order to benefit from their collective experience. Without this understanding the team will not reach its full potential.

How it works

Our Communication Styles workshops are interactive and fun, designed to provide an awareness of the preferred communication styles of each team member, the strengths and drawbacks of each style and how to recognize and work with the styles of others.

You will practice using this new awareness in your team and get to redesign some aspect of your team life to take advantage of the learning. All team members and the team leader are expected to participate in the workshops.

Program Structure
The typical structure consists of a 3-hour interactive workshops* – but shorter programs are also available, albeit with less time to put the learning into immediate practice.

The workshops are best held in-person but may also be successfully conducted by webinar for remote teams.

Participants will:

• Learn four main types of communication preferences.
• Learn their own communication style and how to recognize the styles of others
• Learn how to interact effectively with people with different preferred styles.
• Practice using their styles in group activities.
• Improve an area of teamwork using the new insights.

As a result of the program: Participants will develop an enhanced ability to collaborate effectively with a wide variety of communication styles and become sensitive to their colleague’s needs. This will create a higher level of productivity and enjoyment in their work.

The skills you learn will help you be successful in all walks of life.
