About the Founder
Founder of Pathways of Growth, Richard Hews, developed the Team Conversation Survey, in partnership with Bob Moore of Collaborative Team Solutions, to help teams focus on their most important improvement areas. The survey has now been used by over 80 teams in a variety of organizations across 5 different continents.
Richard is a Faculty Member of The Team Coaching Certification Program, from The Coach Partnership.
